Students attempted their first quiz of the school year today. This assessment covered two broad topics:
1. Whether students had in fact completed the summer math assignment and were familiar with the activities assigned online.
2. Whether students in fact studied and were familiar with all the paperwork provided to them thus far this year. The intention here was to emphasize the importance of having understood classroom routines, procedures and expectations.
Students should go home with a copy of the quiz itself and you are welcome to look it over and decide whether in fact the questions are reasonable.
