All About Midpoints

The lesson from this weekend was extended for one additional day to allow students a chance to incorporate some of the concepts we discussed in class today.

Students revealed strategies and insight about:

• Finding the midpoint of a line segment given two points on the line
• Finding the midpoint of a line segment by drawing a right triangle
• What happens whenever we connect the midpoints of a quadrilateral
